This two-day practical skills training is designed for prosecutors and law enforcement teams. Building and putting the best case before a jury requires early and constant cooperation. We will address partnership, first-response best practices, identifying and gathering critical evidence, early “issue spotting”, educating the jury, and the admissibility and strategic use of evidence at trial.
