As a valued customer of LexisNexis, North Carolina District Attorneys have access to on-site training & consulting services that are available at no cost to your office. Your Research Attorney and Solutions Consultant, Heather O’Keefe, Esq. is available for general research/ Lexis questions, new user training and onboarding, in-depth product and content training, and scheduling customized classes for your staff at your facility.
These customized classes can range from basic Lexis Advance or lexis.com instruction to specific practice areas and legal issues. Heather will work with you to design each specific class and tailor the curriculum to your office’s needs. The goal of these classes is to ensure that your office is efficiently utilizing all the available resources and technology that LexisNexis offers. Heather can also offer free CLE credit for any attorneys who attend classes that are 60 minutes or more in length. For more information about these specialized trainings, please contact Heather.
